UTICA CITY FC MAKES MARQUEE SIGNING, BRINGING IN KELVIN OLIVEIRA
UTICA, NY - General Manager Tommy Tanner and Utica City FC announced the signing of forward Kelvin Oliveira to a three-year contract. Kelvin is known throughout the soccer community as one of the most technical, skilled, and exciting soccer players in the world. Kelvin will join the team at the conclusion of the regular season and will be eligible to compete for Utica City FC in the Ron Newman Cup Playoffs once he returns to the United States from Dubai. He comes in with a stellar list of accolades:

He also scored the $1,000,000 goal for Newtown Pride FC (teammates with current Utica City FC player Issak Somow) and was named the MVP in the TST 7v7 tournament.
