TACOMA STARS SIGN DANNY WALTMAN TO TWO-YEAR EXTENSION

TACOMA, WA - The Tacoma Stars have announced the signing of goalkeeper Danny Waltman to a two-year contract extension. Per team and league policies, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Waltman will be entering his 7th season with the Stars after a stint with the Missouri Comets. Waltman has appeared in 101 regular-season games and accumulated 1,146 saves with Tacoma. He was named 2021 All-Star MVP after stopping 15 of 17 shots faced en route to the Western Conference win at Cable Dahmer Arena in Independence, MO.

“I'm very happy and grateful for the opportunity to play again for the Tacoma Stars. Our owner and staff are top class, the guys are great, and our fans are the best. It is a special thing being in that locker room, I realize it more every year” said Waltman.
